Providing Affordable Care in Your Home.
At Goldcrest Care we help people lead dignified, independent lifestyles in the comfort and safety of their own homes by carefully assessing and fully understanding their individual needs and selectively placing trained personnel to meet these needs.
We offer a personalised service with help and support to a broad range of people from adults to the elderly, as we treat each person according to their individual needs. The choice of services vary from: Personal Care, Companionship, Housekeeping & Meal Preparation through to support with Dementia and much more. We understand that people who need help are unwilling to surrender their independence and privacy, we are only to aware of this and are careful to take this into account and ensure that carers we place can not only carry out care, but interact with the clients in a way that they feel comfortable with.
We provide and maintain a high standard of care by complementing state of the art technology used to track the care we give with the carers we train and select based on personality. We will continuously review the provision of care to clients and always keep interested parties aware with the care received.
Our aim is to deliver care which improves the lives of people and that treats them, and their families, with respect, dignity and compassion. We believe that our services should not only comply with regulatory standards, but that they should also deliver excellence and promote overall wellbeing for a better outcome.
